Empire Suite Hotel Istanbul

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. the staff were excellent - so cooperative and helpful. They truly cared about the guests and made me feel at home. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail. The location was perfect, right in the center of Istanbul and close to all public transport options, including ferries. Plus, the rooms had a great view of the sea, just like in the photos. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of fresh products.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the perfect service and the friendly staff. They were really good too cater to my needs, especially considering my wife's allergy. The room was also clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located close to everything we wanted to explore. The tram station was only a 30-second walk away, and the metro was just a minute away. This made it easy for us to navigate around the city and visit various attractions.

There were some issues with noise from the neighboring rooms due to thin walls.
